Mmmm, controversial.

Qualified third, finished the race second having at one point ridden around the outside of Aarron Yates into turn one, on his second visit to the circuit.
Yeah, lucky
I bet Miguel Duhamel is wishing he had been that lucky.

Hodgson was brilliant. Was slowly edging Miladin back and given a full 25 laps would probably of caught him up. Last few laps I think he accepted he was going to be second and didn't push.

Daytona is a misfit round and I think Miladin will have some competition in Hodgeson this year at the other circuits. Looking at last year for Eric on 999, he was consistenly 5th, 6th & 7th with 2 2nd places and 1 1st place. If Hodgson gets the circuits right he will be in contention for the AMA championship.

Wish I could have been there to cheer Hodgson on!

I got to say I think Maladin had no reason to moan about Hodgson as Hodgson was pulling over to the left and Maladin was pulling over to the right so in my opinion it was a good clean start.:cool:

I also think Malain see's Hodgson as a real threat this year so he is rying to play mind games, don't think Hodgson will be to worried about that.:lol:

Agree about the start. Hodgson went for the racing line, i.e. aim for the apex and with traction control he got flyer of a start. If anything it was Mladin who tried to push Hodgson away from the apex. The replay shows it clearly.

Mladin=moaning aussie git!:frog::lol:

Felix, trying to wind up TP.

Did anyone notice the stupid Americton commentator calling him Hodgeston.
I noticed the big difference in the engine revs as the bikes went on and off the edge of the tyres on the banking due to the wheel radius change.
Am I an anorak.
