Fordie, Joanna and I are both coming so maybe we can get on the same train? I'll ring you nearer the weekend or e-mail as my U2U isn't working either so it must be a general fault.

And we don't drink beer! So that'll be 2 lge glasses dry white wine for starters. And we're not making it a late night. Why would we, out in London with a load of Ducati fans. No, no, home early for cocoa, us!

(where have I heard that before!) :saint::saint:

Nah - smart trousers for me & top.

Waterloo is a big station Lin - Zimbo will know - but if I get hold of Clint this week, we might settle on meeting at an eaterie nr the Haymarket.

Will let you know as soon as I do!

I haven't worn a suit since my first day at BP - over 2 years ago ... Accenture used to make us wear them every day.

Anyone up for watching the rugby somewhere in the afternoon?

Wales V Ireland

This is a chance for Wales to win the grand slam.

How much I like her depends on a)what she looks like (shallow, me??) b) how many stupid questions she asks at inappropriate moments during the game and c) how many beers she gets in.

HTH ;)

I can't make the launch evening now. I've got company for the whole weekend, although if it had been on the Saturday afternoon, I would have popped in for a few hours. Ah well, I'm sure I'll have fun without ya :)

OK, heads up:
Location is open from midday.

DLS/DSC event is on the top floor FROM 8.30 - no entry to that beforehand.

Suggestion?

We meet in the ground floor bar at/from 7pm as bar meals are available - if anyone doesnt like the menu, we mosey off up the road to a little Italian for pasta at 7.30.

This ok with one & all?

Well, I will make my way from where ever I end up watching the rugby over to the sports bar (they have pool tables too! at least I think I remember pool tables ... ) at whatever time and then everything else will happen around me.

May go somewhere else to eat though, I reckon I'll feel like Thai.

How's that for a plan?

Just as a note, - this is DSC event, - don't let anybody think it is just a Desmo Due people only, although as I said at the AGM Desmo Due is for the entire club, it's a spectator sport!

If you're planning on travelling in from the South-East by train, I THINK that Charing Cross and Waterloo East are closed, with trains being diverted to Cannon Street. Not nearly so convenient for the Sports Cafe.:(
