how much would it cost for the screw kit to fit the screen to the nose cone?

Have a look at www.tastynuts.com - they do all the different coloured ones and are easier to use than the OE ones.

Beware though - its very tempting to look at the site and get 'shiny bolt' syndrome and cover your bike in the things.
