Just lifted this from Kev's mate Riceburner on Visordown, posted this morning:

"New Gatso camera site has been erected. Must have gone up last night. (I don't remember seeing it as I rode past that area last night).

It's on the NorthBound A24 about 1.5/2 miles north of Dorking/Boxhill. If you know the area - it's within the new 50 Zone that encompasses the Mickleham Junction. As you enter the 50 Zone there are large illuminating signs that will flash "50" and the Camera sign if you approach them at over 50. The camera itself is just before the break in the central reservation - where the junction is.

Map Ref : http://www.streetmap.co.uk/streetma...=153669&A=Y&Z=1
(the arrow is pointing at the approximate location of the camera).

I didn't see any lines on the road as I went past this morning so it may not be live yet. (I hope!)

so watch out everyone. You have been warned."

It wont be there for long.

All on its own, in the middle off nowhere, in a place where you can see cars coming (at night) from miles away.

All those bushes to obscure any Scamera vandalism.

not that I condone that sort of behaviour
