I've been watching it on various websites every day and the rain moved from all day Sat/Sun to Sat afternoon and Sun then just Sunday so it stands to reason that it will keep moving.

At least it's sound logic to me and I won't hear of anything else. I'd prefer to race in the dry, but if it rains we all have the same conditions so it's still a level playing field I suppose.

I'm more concerned about only having 1 warm up lap.

Can you imagine 36 loonies on cold tyres tipping in to turn 1?

Carnage :o

Yep and the worst bit it it's not even the full circuit-the tyres will be stone cold.

Met Office link for Lincolnshire

You can get the 5 day forecast for various towns by clicking on their names in the list.

http://www.met-office.gov.uk/weather/europe/uk/yorkslincs.html

As it's Lincolnshire Wolds though, the weather is usually unpredictable. So why did I post the link then? Hmm .. good question.
