Hi all,

in progress building a class b bike for 2013, just wondered if short rampipes are allowed as i've removed the air box for ease of maintenance. the battery is now located directly in front of the carbs so there would be no forced air induction, i'm assuming they would be ok as the airbox rubbers joining to the carbs have bell mouths built into them.

Also is there anywhere you can get the dunlop tyres at discount other than the truck at the meetings?

Cheers

Yes they are allowed, as you say without the airbox the standard rubber trumpets act as a rampipe so no problem with replacing these with spun alloy or even carbonfibre ones

Tyres are available by post from the same supplier that attends the meetings which is Protyre, give them a call and they will send some out to you
