Any ideas all - is there an equivalent? Noticed that the current Haynes does not cover an R, and it only goes up to a 01.

Any help / advice appreciated.

Thanks

Sorry - 749R seems to be the closest I can see here;

Any use?

Thanks for the info. Not sure how different the 749r is from the 748r? The only other one that is winking at me in the 748 RS 2002. Something tells me that the RS is in a different universe to the R.

I don't think the Haynes manual covers the R model.

(Motor, etc different)

I got a standard Haynes for sale if you want it.

I already have a haynes manual from my old biposto days, thanks anyway. Was hoping that there was something a little more specific for the R's.

Hi again,

It seems the REAL DEAL is still available in the USA, but be ready for a price shock:

http://store.proitalia.com/ducati-748916996-workshop-manual-p-138308.html

I'd of thought this might mean it was also available on the 'net - but after a quick look, it seems not.

Some sellers on Ebay did sell multi-bike CD's but you can never be sure of what you are going to get.

Owners manuals are available here:

Good Luck - Frank

Hi Frank, cool. Thanks for the heads up. The online workshop manual sounds like the way forward. May be making a purchase at the latter end of the week.
