Vertical belt cover

Got my carbon belt covers this morning :D

The horizontal and middle piece swapped fine, but the old vertical cover won't come out!? Five bolts removed, tank raised slightly, but it won't slip out upwards :puzzled:

Am I missing something?

Currently in Aix-en-provence for work :P and spotted a 999s Fila rep on saturday night. Blinged to the max including a see through vertical belt cover. Lovely.

Sorted it. It was a protruding bolt holding one of the belt pulleys, took the breather tube off and it made it easier.

Know what you mean had a right mare trying to fit my carbon belt cover, tank lifted and breather removed but it was worth it, it does look good:roll:

As an alternative to the bling thing and the cost of carbon, i had my std upright cover machined to provide some cooling for the belts.
