To quote a friend...
Does anything else exist? :o
No good luck message for DD'ers in race section
No discussion on the DD series at CC

I know you're joking Dom but I think you have a valid point.
Webteam, how about a Minichamps forum ? (for all those who are interested, of course)
Still going to appear in todays posts, I don't mind it's good fun watching the silly money going for these things, hopefully one day the few I have might be worth anywhere near these prices

The difference between men and boys - is the price of their toys !:)

I think you'll find that's the difference between rich and poor
Besides, I'm faster than you :saint:
To be honest I don't see enough interest in it to start a new forum. Maybe not yet anyway.
If there was enough interest then I'd have a word to Eamonn.

It's more like DD takes over the world! I know it's important, but I get a bit bored with the amount of DD threads sometimes.
It's the same as anything on here - if you like it, read it, and if not, then don't!!!

I dunno Tim, look at the amounts of money some of these guys have invested in some of these models, you could buy yourself a nice bike if you sold them all

Ah - I'm actually looking for a new car at the mo - can't decide that either.
Too much choice I reckon.
I've been debating the idea of getting a van or similar for a while, but these big 4x4 jobbies (with flatbeds) that I could use to take the bike in are of interest. Some of them are huuuuge!!!
I can't justify having too many vehicles aorund the place (bikes-yes, cars-no), so am looking for a performance vehicle that can tow a trailer, or hold a bike.
Most sports cars can't take a towbar (exhaust box issues) - although you can get these removeable jobbies on some cars that are OK.
I'm presently looking at a 5 litre V8 400bhp (you might be able to guess) vehicle that if I can get a towbar sorted, might be sitting happily on my drive soon.

I am looking at both of these - there's something understated about the RS6 that I like, the M5 is my present favourite though. You can get a towbar for these and it might meet all requirements.
How was the 540i ?

Absolutely awesome..... It was an older one but it was lovely... I was on first name terms with all the staff at my local Sainsburys fuel station though :lol::lol::lol:

I was only pulling yer leg.
It bothers me not one bit that people chat about Minichamps or Desmo Due or Flymo's or Knitting. I was purely messing about and provoking some banter ;)
The wrist is getting better thanks, day by day, and I should be fine for Castle Combe. I reckon it should come good almost on the day we race.
Are you coming up from the darkside?
May see you there dude... bring yer toys  :P
yeah i know you were and i was only pulling yours back
i'll see how much cash ive got left when i get back form honeymoon but will try my best to support my local service machine and his team
good luck if i dont make it, shame i never got my race licence as i could act as a wildcard for you if you fail a fitness test :lol::lol:
