To day is my birthady Had to work for a few hours this morning but when I got home my youngest daughter gave me chocolate motor bike.:D:D
and then the estate agent phone to say our offer on a house we have been after has been accepted great news:D:D
have drunk rather a lot of wine:o:o

Hello Road Runner

happy Birthday and good news on the house, I am in the same boat, waiting to move into a house. . . I am in the stress bubble at the moment.

Hopefully if all is well wil be getting the keys around mid July.
