View Full Version : For all you Bayliss fans
Men & Motors are airing a six part series "which traces the Australian's life from his humble beginnings and earliest race, through to the present day". It's narrated by Ewan McGregor. First episode is Monday at 8:30 PM.
I'll definitely tune it. I mean what else is there on Monday.;)
Good spot there Felix, be good to watch that

:( Clashes with Bike Night at Foxes!
:) Just have to record it then!
Can anyone record this series onto DVD?
I haven't got satellite (long story involving a lazy sky installer who thought my house was a bit too far to walk from the nearest parking place for his van and made up some bullsh** story about 'too many trees around' and cancelled the contract)
I'm sure that there are plenty of other satelitte-less people like me in the DSC who would like to watch this as well if anyone could record it.

Jools can you not get Freeview? I cannot allegedly but get all but about 1 channels. Comet have a decent Sagem receiver for £39. Installed in 5 minutes.
One of my stepsons has free view, and can get M&M as well.
As I said I am supposed to not get any reception - I live in a bad reception area and then in a dip aswell but get virtually all of them!
Heads up. Reminder for this.
And another link for the DVD

just another old man who thinks he can ride a motorcycle!
Come back Steve Baker, all is forgiven!
Did anyone watch this last night? Was a good insight into how Troy got the racing bug, then fell out with it, and eventually turned back and started racing full time.
He's got quite a nice bike at home too!
Can't wait for the remaining episodes
Yeah it was good. Shame M&M messed up the ad break and chopped the last few seconds off the program.
I think Bayliss started road racing at 23/24 years old.
So did Steve Plater.
Show's what can be done if you're good enough eh.
