Bring it On,
really looking forward to it, hopefully I have now cured my brake problems and can start gathering a few points.
A bit of rain would be welcome, may slow a few of the 620 and 674 riders down a bit. :o

Blimey, I wouldn't fancy driving down on Saturday morning, and I'm only 90 mins away.
He can shake my right hand as much as he likes
I think I better take my left hand off and hide it in the van somewhere ;)

You're spot on Phil, I remember my second race meeting being worse than the first as I knew what to expect. Good luck mate, glad you're enjoying it, knew you would.
Best of luck to everyone out there.
Good track, I really like it, but the new 'chicane' at the end is pants, although it is a great opportunity for the last of the late brakers to get in front for the drag out of the final corner to the line.

At least u get a 10 minute free practise..its not much but better than nothing, combine that with 10 minutes timed practise thats almost 20 laps....enough to give you an idea before the actual dd race...............
I guess the tip is to try and learn the track in those sessions and not get caught up in a race trying to catch people or try to go too fast to soon...........

Yes - I'm just going to take my time and not get flustered in the practices. As for the race - well - like any race it's every man for himself and i'll just wait for you lot to lap me so I can follow for ooo all of 20 yds maybe

I knew it, 583 riders are waterproof.
I'm looking forward to round 2, especially since I've now got a more defined target... at cadders it was just a guess.
the only unknown is where (read: IF) his domskiship will finish!

Thats because i'm made of rubber which also helps me to bounce well, as a few may have noticed at Cadwell. :D

Just read my post-race report phil... but I'm sure you'll be pleased to hear one of my targets is to stay upright!
Does anyone have the actual DD qually and race times? I think first practice is 9:10 and the last race towards the end of the day. is that right?

I'm happy to put Phils money on it :D
I'm just looking forward to being able to ride the bike again, and if I can ride it properly and bits don't drop off in qualifying (my fault at Cadders) then I'll do much better than at Cadwell, where I should have been top 6... We'll see.

We found a few more horsepower, but Saturday will show if it was enough (or whether I need the 750!!!)
