CK needs to swap bike 10 for bike 36 in the 675 class and then add a 583 rider with a max value of £30K
Or maybe she wants to keep bike 10 and get rid of bike 36 !!!!! and replace it with another 583.

No it doesn't, coz teams only score the same points as you scored on the day. So you're still worth 15 points regardless of anything else.

Then you'll have

583 - Kev £30,000
675 - Bike 36 £40,000
620 - Rattler £30,000
