Oil leaking from cluch slave unit

This seems to be engine oil but were would it be leaking from, Any ideas Guys and Gals.

I expect the seal has gone and the dirty fluid looks like engine oil.

I've got a spare V seal that I could put in the post, will take it to work tomorrow, give me a bell on 01420 81006 with your postcode!!
