race numbers

Im just sorting the paint jobby on my bike ,when i went for the ACU licence exam ,the instructor said all number must now be on the bikes fairings not on the tail piece , anyone got any answers , and wot size do the numbers have to be ??

Number sizes are in the ACU handbook 120mm high rings a bell for the front. Mine are on the tail with no probs.

Mine were on tail piece, never had a problem.

Mine are on the tail piece and passed scrutineering at Snet, but then again, it's the only bit of fairing I have to put numbers on !
