Standard DS coil new £16

Will the DS on work instead of the Single spark by just using one lead?

Yeah they are Kev about 8 quid but the picture shows them as DS :confused:

or do they need to be NEW if so

Be worth trying a DS one but suspect they work as a push-pull coil so may work if you earth one of the HT outputs
