Can anyone recommend a satnav mounting that'll fit well on a 998?
Take a look at the RAM mounts, there are a number of brackets etc that can be configured to fit almost any bike.
cheers

There is a mount that fits into the clip-on tube. The ad is for the 848 but it does fit other bikes. http://www.buybits.com/Product/11780/Ducati-848-Evo-Mount-For-Ram-Motorcycle-Mounts-sku-11780.aspx
This works with the supplied kit for the TomTom Rider.
This one fits around the top of the front fork http://www.buybits.com/Product/7357/Techmount-70050-Ducati-Speciality-50mm-Euro-Fork-Tube-Mount-sku-7357.aspx
RAM also do an adaptor kit that fits onto the brake/clutch lever bolts.
On my 999 I made my own RAM mount from one of their threaded balls and some threaded rod. This then replaced the steering damper bolt on the yolk.
It all depends on how much you want to spend as the RAM kit is not cheap.
