Hello Tim
Yes I am selling a pair of Ducati Performance by Remus Aluminium oval high level cans.
They are in very good condition and have not been used much but there are some scratches on one can.
Email me if you would like any more info.
They are on ebay, item number: 7992652943
Regards
Richard

This post seems to be just the kind of thing some have been making a point about.
We have two people new to the board who are possibly not DSC members (no Logo next to username) who have managed to buy/sell without advertising costs or paying membership fees.
Not having a whinge, just an observation.

Hello Steve M
I am a paid up member of the DSC, I have no idea about a logo - did not realise that I had to have one.
As for selling, all I did was answer a question they were already advertised on ebay, I am a new user and was unaware that there were any rules regarding this.
Sounded like a whinge to me.

First, welcome to the board.
There are no rules about this, I was just picking up on something that crops up from time to time and probably shouldn't have added it to this post, so it is perfectly ok for you to do this. I know it sounds like a whinge, but it's not, thats why I added the note.
To get the Logo U2U the Webteam and it will appear, it lets everyone know who is a DSC member.
As I may have come over not as intended and you're the newbie I'll go to the virtual bar - what you havin'. Or if you're at Donny this weekend, come over and say "oi whinger, get me a pint in".

Hi Steve
Thanks for that mines a virtual guiness. Cheers!
Probably a stupid question but how do I u2u the webteam to get the logo that I now want and am feeling positively naked without, I am not very good with computer stuff.

If you click on U2U at the top of the page, it opens another page. Type in the name of who it's being sent to, in this case - webteam ask them to put a logo next to your name as you are a member and some jolly nice chap like Flanks will do it. Or they might read this post and do it anyway. :)

Thing is...this will always happen because this is a public forum so people are free to come and go as they please (am I right Steve?)
However, the little logo helps us members know that the said object for sale does not come from an unscrupulous little monkey that wishes to make a quick exit after a sale never to be seen again, if you catch my drift. This has happened before and it's the site that gets the flack not the person who sold it. It also gives a member a choice of who they want to sell their bits and bobs to!
This is a great club with a Real community...we dont all bite, well except Steve M who whinges and moans alot on this board...but don't tell him I said that!;)

Crikey nearly fell off my chair then when I saw this! :P
....Then I realised it was only a virtual bar so my vital signs returned to normal :D
I'll have a nicely chilled corona Steve (may as well have a virtual one I guess) ;)

it's ok Jon, I've put a couple of books on ebay to cover the cost ;)
Actually they're very good, it's just a bit difficult turning the page while the throttle is " cracked on and opened slowly and continuously"
