I need some help.
I had 2 loose rivets on my carbon termis so I have drilled them out but as I can't get the bits out of the pipes i drilled them all out hoping to take the silencer apart but I can't seem to do it :o
Any ideas Guys

copper & hide mallet, gently tapping around the end caps should break the silicone sealant and drift the caps out.
Just go steady. Once they're moving they come out pretty easy.

Why do you need to get them apart? Can't you just re rivet leaving the old bits inside the pipes.

fit an open clutch cover and you won't hear the rattle from the cans :D

Surely the fibreglass should keep the bits in place. If I filled my pipes with marbles & spanners you wouldn't be able to hear it over the clutch noise.
