I picked this up from the San Diego DSC. It's a thread about not wearing the correct gear. It wouldn't happen in Europe:saint:

Only a couple of weeks ago when we had that really hot week-end I was over taken by an R1 with girl pillion holding a sainsbury shopping bag so no hand hold.
the rider was wearing shorts/trainers no socks and Tshirt the pillion nice though it looked(its what caught my attention)very tight denim shorts(and i mean tight) flipflops/and what loosely could be called a top.
I was doing 75 and the rider was dissecting the traffic it did make me cringe.
seeing those photo's reminded me.
not the thing to look at after my Indian takeaway tonight.

Mmmmmmmmmm. Always wear a good lid and gloves but have been known to wear a spidi leather jacket and jeans.

Think I'll make more of an effort to get the leathers out after seeing these pics :(
