888 Strada mpg...

Just done a run of 88 miles over the moors of Weardale. I started with a full tank, and refilled it when I returned. To refill it took 6.45 litres. That works out at 13.64 miles per litre - or over 60mpg!

How far over did you get?? I thought i saw you at the bottom of Hartside, Penrith side.

I set out for Hartside (scenic route) but got chatting to a gamekeeper chappie atop the fells near High Force, so didn't make it any further. Lots of bikers about today though. Must have been another T8 you saw. (..common as muck these 888s!)

If thee use badger p**s thee'l get t'undred t' gallon thee knows.

But by 'eck thee'll 'ave some scars by 't time thee've collected it off t' badger. Big strong buggers thee are.
