Thinking about it...if the weather stays like it is and I'm quiet on the work front...I'll be over.
I'll be there - Foggy trackday bodywork on the 998 and Alpinestars/Crafar lid - with my bro'in-law on his R6.
We'll be in garage 10/11 to be at the front of the queue for the session formation - come along, say hello, have a chin-wag etc if you want.
Should be a top day...
Giles
wish i was there
hope the weathers as good for you as it was for me last week, if so you'll have a cracking day
The weather was/is lookling a little uncertain, although it has now gone to sunshine predicted for Wed! X fingers

Good to see you guys today, dont think there were any Ducati's dropped today, though plenty of others!
Any update on the r6 chap, that looked bad?
what is it with silverstone and all these il4 boys,
when i did the bank hoilday date nearly every fast session was stopped early due to a il4 on its side, a few big ones too
It is an il4 thing aswell. I hadnt even gone into the briefing when theres this kawqasuki thingy outside, and hes revving it and revving it.
I walked by and shouted, that works then! ^wat!

Had a good day yesterday:sing:, shame one of our boys dropped it in the first session :(, (red triumph) broken gear lever which he was able to get repaired at the circuit.:D .
must be something to do with the way that the il4's make there power loads went down, there was a black blade that was in our garage (4a-c) which went down in the first session total mess.
Oulton park next week (wed 14) anyone else going ?

The lever was repaired at a workshop not far from Bains, think it was a radiator manufactures only cost him a fiver.
Thats one of the better things about silverstone plenty of places to get things repaired if it does go a bit wrong.
That was his 3rd track day and second time he has dropped it, i see a unfortunate pattern emerging here
