Bit of a longshot but I will ask anyway.

Does anyone own a Weimeraner (or know someone who does)?

If so and you have a bitch, is she due any puppies or are you planning for her to have puppies?

I used to have a Weimeraner, then a GSP. I will be after another Weimeraner in about 5 months time ideally.

You have great taste (in dogs that is :lol: ). Those a seriously nice dogs to have - my Mum had one that lived to about 14 or 15.

have you had a look to see if there is a Weimeraner rescue society ?
we got are dobe from a Doberman rescue group.
a bit more hard work involved to find a good one, but rewarding when you get the right one

Yep, I've one, 4 year old male and it's a total fruit cake .
Totally loves the lake district, knows where it is before we get there. still thinks it's a pup. also german short haired pointer, also a total looney.

There are some dodgy breaders of this breed, so look very carefully at any possible sorce.
I can give you the name of a very good breader of Weimeraners if you need it.
They are really good, and although not cheap, you get what you pays for.
