Snett extra races at cadwell

Are you allowed to enter this race if you didn't go to snett? I know you can and pay the extra £30 but is it in the spirit of the series? I might just have answered my own question!!

Many of us have already paid via our March Snetterton entries, but the grid is open to anybody registered for DD.
My understanding is there are going to be one or two new entries at Cadwell and its nice for them to get the opportunity to do an extra race if they so choose.
