Just tried starting my 748 and it just turned over without starting then just made a kind of fizzing noise from the relays at the side of the battery. Is this a faulty relay? or something more serious? any help would be gratefully received.

Hi Rob

May be the starter solenoid jobby which accumalates cack and eventually causes a weak connection..assuming you know where its is, dismantle it, clean it up, crimp the connectors and reassemble (securing with a zip tie) and try again..

Good luck

On the rigt handside..in front of the battery...just following the terminals back from the battery and it will lead you to it mate..you might even find it starts if you wigle it about..!

Cheers
