Can anyone help. I have seen a Monster bespoke seat cowl in the MV style. Anyone know who does them?

there is a guy in ukmoc - Jim is his name (not sure what his board name was tho) he is from nr Southampton.

A little bit of history here. My MV seat unit did come from Spareshack but I believe it was a prototype and was in a pretty unloved state - rattle can black and a lot of work needed to put it into the condition it is now. I don't know if there were any others made but I seem to recall seeing one on ebay about a year ago and I seem to recall there was a German firm who made them. I have seen one on a custom Italian Febur Monster but again can't remember seeing them for sale anywhere.

Not much help I know but try Spareshack. Then do a search through the German suppliers and lastly, try Febur or some of the italian sites.
