How does this work then? and where does it bolt onto and sit?
I suspect in the fairing lowers?

It sits under the rear subframe...

Just to illustrate how well this works, i.e. the extension of the crank case, when the engine is idling you can see the crank "pulses" by the breather box visibly expanding and contracting, like it#s got a heart beat.
