As I was already 16.... my first bike at 13 was an ASPES 50cc MX, with Sachs 5 gear engine... followed by a CIAO 50cc PIAGGIO at 14..a FANTIC 125ccMX Caballero at 15... and a VESPA PX125 at 16 (1982) in the picture.....
Helmet was an option at that time... it did (luckly) become mandatory over 50cc in 1989 or so... and for 50cc just not long ago.
Anyway..the scenary is great!!! wheeling in front of the Duomo in Florence....

my first bike (well just the same) at 13....... here!!

Wheeley in fron of the Duomo wearing espidrils! You are the king of style Brogins.
Ok first bike was a honda SS50 at 16, - I could n't find a scan of that so jumping forward 3 years, 1983 ish - a Honda CB750FB, - the most boring bike I ever owned, - I wanted the 900FB for a Fast Freddie AMA rep but could n't afford the insurance.
And yes i had hair once
