Are they blind ?

Don't know if this has been raised before but -

You know when someone pulls out across your bike when you're '' making progress '' and you scream at them '' Are you blind or something ? ''

Well ESSO obviously know the answer.

I called in at the local garage this evening to put some air into the van tyres, and noticed the new signs for car wash,air,water etc.

They are now in Braille:o:o:o

Let's be careful out there!

I was in court the other week and there was a bell to press to get attention of the office staff and under the bell was a sign saying ring for attention and below that braille saying the same I presume. I did wonder at the time how a blind person would know to come up the steps and through the door straight to the sign in braille?
