Are you talking about the DSC trackday at Assen or the Euro trip that JPM is possibly co-ordinating ?

If the former, then no, as Chris Bushell hasn't released the dates, availability or qualifiction criteria ....

And if the latter, then thats a no as well as JPM is still getting finalised dates and itineries for the various organisers ...

Hope that helps ....

Andy, I'm still aiming for the Jerez with FE one to be honest, April, should be sunny, Motofreight doing the transport, just need them to finalise some things really... and it's only 699!

FE to Jerez sounds good to me too. Let me know how things progress Jon.

The price is attractive, and its 4 days. I wouldlike to try elsewhere, but as ive read, perhaps i should of done them first prior to jerez?

What are they finalising for you? and if we could all book together, would there be a bit of discount?

I think Ian and myself have sent emails, but had nothing back, no idea what hotel etc etc yet, transfers, all the little bits like that, the site says nothing etc either

well not far off Butch, its £1299 for the camp which if memory serves me well as i investigated this, that does not include flights & bike transport , add the odd ancialliary cost and you will not get much change out of £2000 on the trip if you are a member of "joe public" ....

Cheap as chips..

It cost me £200 to ship the bike I think, and about £5 for flights!

It's definitely expensive, no two ways about it. I justified it by not losing my daily rate at work as it's over a weekend. So cost-effective for me that way. Additionally, you have a better student to coach ratio and you definitely get more out of a concentrated two day camp.

It's expensive but absolutely well worth it IMO.

Still looking jerez..................JPM, tim said they stayed at the 4*Hotel Trypp last time he went with them.

If you remember when we went for the chinese, that was opposite the main drag there. A bit more into town than the Sherry.

FE are useless, not a word from them, I even spoke to one of their guys face to face at Oulton a few weeks ago who was vaguer than a vague thing about all the questions I asked...

To be fair I can't imagine many people booking now before Christmas/NY

We stayed in the Tyrp in September, but I think they are also looking at the hotel that is just outside the track itself - we went for a meal there while I was out in September - very good food, very convenient for the track, but it would mean that you would need a hire-car / taxi if you wanted to get into the town itself in the evening.

I would guess they are currently sorting out which hotel they can get cheapest, hence the reason for not confirming any details. Trip in September included coach transfers to/ from airport and to/from track each day...I'll have another go at getting some info from them aswell.

Sounds like the conversation I had with them at Oulton, they were looking at the hotel near the circuit which as Ian says is great for the trackdays, but anything else is limited
