does any one know where i can just buy the foot peg rubbers and not the whole shabang for a 749????:burn:
The foot pegs have rubbers on a 749? Is that something they changed recently?

Just what I was thinking - they're 'treaded' metal on the 749/999...
Here's one of mine - albeit with a chamfered underside from being dragged along the track at Snetterton!

ok ill take that all back..its the rubbers on the gear selector and the rear foot brake
The rubbers have got separate part numbers on me 996... download a part list and have a look.
Ah right ... I needed to get the little adjustable rear brake tab because I broke that off. I was initially told it came with the whole lever at some extortionate price but then they noticed that the tab bit was available seperately at about £8-50. No idea about the gearshift side.
For the 749 rubbers: both sides are the same, part number 764.1.011.1A £1.26 +vat each

He's right, they are the same. I had to just go out and check for myself. :P
Day off work so I'm bored...
