Wanted - Thread insert for bottom of fork

Bizarre request but I have bought some forks missing quite an important part which I can't find anywhere on the net. I don't even know its real name! Its the insert in the fork into which the axle screws. I thought it was part of the fork but evidently I was wrong.

Anyone got one they want to sell or know where I can obtain one? For the SS Showa forks which take a 17mm axle.

I know exactly the bit you mean - top-hat shaped piece, like a bushing, that is threaded on the inside.

I'm sure I had an axle laying about but can't find it! I may have sold the front axle with it attached but I didn't think I had, so I'll keep looking.

That's the best way to describe it and yeah its the top hat piece I need.
