I saw the advert for the 996SPS which had Australian headlight- two dipped - two main.

How hards is the conversion, where do I get hold of the kit and whats the cost?

Its a complete new headlight pt no 52040201A about £260 + vat

excellent conversion i had one on my 916

You can modify the switch for pennies ;)
Problem is that your generator, if it's the 2 wire 350W type, isn't up to powering the twin lights for any length of time. The wires will melt :o

How does that work, then? Surely in the stock cluster the two reflectors are quite different, aren't they? Surely there's more to it than just fitting double-filament bulbs?

got one on my bike -see market place -cost £22,000 sell for £6000
