Inspired by RCA in his last post, Jeremy Clarkson, Love him or Loath him?

Personally, I think he is brilliant, despite being a cyclist and motorcyclist, 2 of the minorities JC hates.

Nice to have a broadcaster who will say what he thinks regardless of the consequences. Top gear is the TV highlist of my week.

Agreed, the man's a genius of a journalist/presenter - Top Gear is the best programme on the box, and his Sunday Times column is superb. The World According to Clarkson is a great read as well

Hilarious. Everything he does is funny.

I just find the guy a total odd ball. How can someone who has dedicated his life to cars, and has such a big passion for transport in general, find bikes and bikers so offensive?

It's like people who say F1 is exciting and Craig David is talented.

The guy is a genius in my opinion. Its so refreshing to get away from all this political correctness. A breath of fresh air!!!!! Top Gear.....funniest program on TV, who cares about the cars.

You say clarkson hates bikes but in one of his old progams on discovory he rides a 916 I think it was around monaco.

I think he was on the back, and almost cr*pped himself; maybe that's why he hates bikes.

He rode the 916 himself for the full circuit, although he doesn't hold a license and hates bikes.

Probably because most bikes will cane the majority of cars, and we don't get stuck in traffic.

Either way, I prefer to watch VBH........

But Clarkson is extremely entertaining and Top Gear's one of the few programs I'll bother to TiVo if I'm not around to watch it.
