One fine autumn day...

Last session before I binned it, violently shuddering brakes, other sundry excuses ;)

Laps 4&5 - http://www.centricaconsulting.com/dd/cad4.avi
(32Mb)

Times went:

1.55
1.53
1.53
1.50
1.49

then I pulled in as no one had overtaken. :ninja: Bodes well for some 1.47s once the brakes and forks are dialled in.

I sit here with blood seeping from my shoulder, out of shape, woolly-headed from the happy pills, dented bank statement at my feet, looking forward to the prospect of doing it all over again. Got to love a bit of club racing....:D

Cheers, Ali

So why won't my Windows media player show the video - just the soundtrack?

Because you haven't been keeping up the repayments...?:frog:

Just download the latest version of the Mediaplayer from the MS site.

That's a pukka vid Ali!
Can tell you weren't happy with the brakes from that... carrying a lot of corner speed but braking very early.
I don't look forward to you getting your brakes and springs sorted!!

Cracking footage Ali.
I'd not seen it last year when originally posted.

Brought back memories of how good Cadwell is, I even had butterflies in my stomach sat here at work watching the vid, roll on the 26th!

I believe it was onboard Ali's DD bike...

Just as a taster of the sort of pace to expect, probably quicker come race day.

Hi Phil,

It was the 620 sport with Viv Cowley headers and a 60mm Harris Ti can. Sounds great on board, very clean. :D

As for pace, you can expect a couple of secs on top of those times, my shoulder's still knackered and we're going there in MARCH!!!. Frankly, I'll be happy with mid 1.50s to low 1.52s, but racing isn't about lap times. :ninja:
