View Full Version : DSC NW Oulton Trackday 28/6/06

JPM
03-Jan-2006, 11:39
All the DSC NW Oulton Park track day has been confirmed and will be held on the 28/6/06 by No Limits (see signature for link to their site).

Mark has kindly agreed to reserve 40 places for us until the 1st March 2006 (although I would hope places may still be available after this date) the price for this date will be £144 when you quote the DSC when booking (normal price is £159 for this event).

Remember that Oulton Park is an MSV circuit and as such you need a valid motorcycle license to attend.

I would suggest you book ASAP as Oulton dates fill several months in advance, see you there :)

That's the official DSC TRACK ATTACK date, not the NW region trackday, the NW region trackday is a normal open to all bikes event, basically we're tagging onto a No Limits trackday, which falls just before the DD round at Oulton giving the DD boys a chance to get some laps in.

Never done an Oulton date (and I've done a few) that weren't 105db, it's only evening sessions which are few and far between that are 98db

*** UPDATE ***

Just had a quick chat with Mark @No Limits we've currently got 22 people taking part in this event from the DSC and still have the possibility of a few more places, but as agreed we only have them secured until the 1st March.

So if you are thinking of booking this you need to get a shift on and book it! ;)

Big up to Mark as ever for helping us DSC members out too

I guess you can try, but its pretty unlikely that there will be spaces come June as Oulton days tend to book up quickly as you know.

Can't you get a sub from someone so you can book on.

Jon, still places available? I am checking calendar and looks like I am going to be able to make it...
I guess I just need to call No limits directly...
How long is going to take me to get there from M4/M40 - Berkshire - with a trailer.
Thanks

I just booked this day (about 5 minutes ago), so there's still spaces. I was also able to obtain the 10% DSC members discount.

JPM
10-May-2006, 16:32
Fabio.... still places as has been said, M40, M42, M6 (toll) will be under 3 hours I'd guess depending on the time of day (avoiding b'ham at peak time)

Be nice to see you and follow those lines of yours for a while :D

Phil... as for a meet/drink etc the night before we could do with finding out where people are staying, when they intend rolling up etc and trying to locate somewhere central.

Also if anyone is planning on camping let me know as I'll do a search for some more camp-sites in the area... there are a few, I don't think Oulton let you camp before a trackday to be honest (they do for a race weekend)
