Help!
I urgently need the Ducati decal for the nose fairing on a 888.
I've been looking out on ebay, but nothing's come up for a while.
My panels are at the painters so I need to get one asap - anybody got any recommendations?

Hi RD.. I need a pair of the original style 'ductai 916 desmoquattro' fairing decals and a couple of basic michelin decals for the seat unit for my WSB replica project (see att.)
Can you help - happy to pay obviously !

Can't get soil for love nor money...China's buying it all....and the Russians are keeping hold of theirs to force the price up. Apparently a bag of soil costs as much as a Ducati service at the moment. Now .... I can get hold of sand at the moment for a knock down price if that's any good to ya?
I've got contacts in Iraq see..... I can have it flown back by a mate in the R.A.F. and he can deliver to your door...jut give me your postcode and he'll drop it off for you.

If you don't mind me saying so and maybe looking a gifthorse in the wotsit, it looks very big - or is that a camera trick?!
But as I don't have an original item, I am comparing it with the photos in the old 851/888 book........

Come on then Nat,give me the correct dimensions!!Length and height!!Might as well get that put right whilst the seat unit gets done!!

o.k guys, i have 2 888 nose panels and they are both identical. the dimensions are,
from the bottom left corner of the D to the bottom right corner of the I = 148mm
height =18mm.

I think I might be able to get hold of a tank decal to use as a pattern with your dimensions.
I was just about to ask if you wanted to sell a nose piece - then I realised that postage might be steep from where you are!:lol:

I've got a brand new 888 front nose as spare part ...
Front sticker size :
Length : 150 mm
High : 18 mm

Have you tried Snells as they have a contact who can make to order at least they could about a year ago.
just thought I'd mention this.....a genuine real decal is only £4.53.........
3 days from the factory if it's any help. e-mail me if u want one.
(ps this isn't advertising.....):)

Ok, I'm after decals as well - but I'm chasing the large side fairing 'DUCATI' decals plus the smaller 'DESMO' decals. Can anybody help ?

Ok, so I thought I had 3 decals and I have only 1...and it's not the right one - it's 167mm * 25mm.
I do know it's a tank Decal, but I've obvioulsy had trouble sourcing this part before as it's the same as the one fitted to my front fairing, as well the tank - ha.
Please let me know if this is of any use ?? if not I'll keep it in my little handy sticker box...
