Once I sorted that problem we found we had a problem with the electron gun.
So far this year we have had 10 working days and i've done the equivalent of over 11, still I hope to have Saturday off to visit JHP

Don't suppose anyone out there has any tripple carbonate suspension we could have for work. May mean a trip to Chelmsford tomorrow or the next day to get some.

Old school indeed, we just had to replace the 2kW drive klystron after 19 years of continual service.
As they say if it aint broke don't fix it

and one of our works sayings is
Old is good it keeps us in a job, if it was simple anybody could do it.
