Me and the GF have found our dream home. http://tinyurl.com/7drws
and what even better is the lady who owns it is seperated and has 2 kids, She's looking to buy a terrace ideally within a mile or so of where she is now. Just so happens mine needs to be sold is within half a mile and has 3 bedrooms, how ideal if she likes mine...
So excited [:D]

Gonna have to sell more cars now!!

Rather nice abode. A lot of house for the money!

Does the garage have a radiator in it?

Hope the deal works out for you ...mate of mine did a similar deal...everybody's happy with the end result.
