Last time I played with alloy, everybody told me I should have asked for help ( http://www.ducatisportingclub.com/xmb/viewthread.php?tid=26019 ). Here we are, attached is a picture of my rear brake lever bracket (the surrounding objects should help you guessing its real size).
I'm quite proud of me, even if I thought I could have done something a little bit less... ugly
I've used a black pen to draw on the bracket what I would have liked to be able to do... Anyone who could help me a little bit?
You need to fill that wine glass up again tiger ;)
 That's almost as bad as my rev counter bracket last year. Fine bunch of engineers we are!
Take the bracket to the dustbin and give your money to a shop to buy the correct thing :P
:D
good 1st attempt Tonio - keep trying, its how you find out that either:
a, you get better at it
or
b, you save to get someone else to do it
or
c, you just buy one off the shelf
Alan:)

That's very true my friend, but I did spend £30,000 on racing to get where I am, and I still have to pay for everything except the bike - which I would buy if I had the money.
But, you're right, I'm a lucky son of a biatch :D
I think your bracket was fine - I just wanted to make a joke ;)

That's quite expensive for such a result :D

I was joking as well, I don't think there is room for luck in racing...

If it was fine before, how is it now :)

The first picture was taken after the first glass. I should have drank more from the beginning...

If you could make 10,000 of those each day...
...you'd be bankrupt inside a week
Nice bracket Tonio but will it fit.:smug:

perfectly :)
Actually I knew where I wanted the holes before knowing what shape it would have... But I wouldn't have guessed I could go from the first picture to the second one only with a hacksaw (how good was that working 3mm thick ally on my knees  ), hence my happiness :)
