I recieved this reply from Rob at Feridax today. The way the PDF file has been done, I'm guessing it's been sent out to every racer who asks for support (not just for me in other words).

Click here to download the pdf file (http://www.domweb.co.uk/avatars/Race_price_list.pdf)

Thanks for your enquiry with regards to support in 2006. Please find attached our race price list.

If you are interested in taking advantage of these prices please contact Mathew Hall from Monday 23rd January on 01384 413841

Thanks

The discounts are very good when you see the RRP's.

You'll find that all the big importers/distributors will have deals for ACU licence holders, hardly ever free stuff, but if you don't ask...

Just had a curt reply from Feridax regarding a problem I had with some Vertigo's I bought at the NEC show. Wore them 3 times to break them in for racing this year and when I got home the last time I found the left toe slider was missing. Sent them to the dealer/Feridax and their reply was that they have been "caught, forcing the toe slider out in an unusual direction. Under normal use the toe sliders are not subjected to such forces" and the boots are not repairable! I don't see how it can have been subjected to such abnormal "force" without damaging the rest of the boot (completely unmarked) or wrenching my foot? :puzzled:
As they're the importer/distributor and not the retailer, how can I get them to reconsider?

If politeness and courtesy hasn't worked time to pull out the "Not fit for purpose" card and "Sale of goods act 1979 (as amended)" joker.

They're motorbike boots. As such they should not have bits falling off after being used on a motorbike.
