Still, now I've changed out of my sopping wet socks my feet can start to warm up now :D

I dont know about washing the salt away but its washing more of the fields on to the roads around my place!!!

i'm sure a lot of people have noticed how slippery the roads are this winter, part of this is down to a new addictive being used with rock salt. Its sugar beet!! its stops the salt being washed away as easily when it rains! Nice syrupy solution to coat the roads in......:mad:

Noticed my diesel Passat has been spinning it's wheels up much easier this year-even on dry roads..........it's got 130bhp but hell my ST4S isn't much short of that, and only one tyre to put it through...............
