I asked JHP the same question. They have fitted a number to customers bikes. Their advice was that it was better to get a new Bucci. I have to add they weren't on the "sell" when giving this advice. Equally, a number of folk on this Board have bought them and been staisfied (there was an earlier link on this).

I have used both Bucci and Feracci clutches and prefer the Bucci. There is also a question of the risk of second hand race items vs new or second hand road items.

pays yer money etc.,I guess

t'other thing is, that these are of course new (unlike the other ebay used corse clutches that are regularly up for grabs) so I guess its just a case of four post versus six.............:puzzled:

......looks pretty though

Two things spring to mind.
One, why do you want/need a 4 post slipper? So you can lock it up when using a remote starter................. you have a starter motor ;)

The other is that while the WSB bikes use plain ramps, the factory use 6 ramps, they also take more looking after. The ball and ramp design will go all year with little attention. The plain ramps need servicing and lubing to keep them in tip top nick. If you leave it you'll wear the ramps.

I'd get a Bucci or similar ball and ramp unit...........
