One thing that did cross my mind was, how close to his "man bits" he hung 2 hot water bottles full of fuel :o

I saw a smaller version of those gas turbines being run up a few years ago while strapped onto a Black & Decker workmate, the sound was unreal, just like a full size jet.
They used an engine like those only smaller on top gear a couple of years ago-strapped to the back of a pushbike. I seem to remember the engine was pretty cheap and very simple but it made the bike go 'quite well'.

I like the drawing of your bike was it you or some one else drew or painted it, I have just printed it off and commisioned my daughter to do one for me.
Mark
hey mark, i spent Ages on the net Trying to find a Descent Caracature of the 749/999, i cant take the credit for it. Just plagiurized it (sp?)
im gonna print it onto tranferable paper and iron it onto a Black T-Shirt, should turn out quite nice.
