West Sussex Advanced motorcyclists are holding a BikeSafe event this Sunday 31st Aug at Bury Hill from 10am. Anybody want some free advice on advanced riding skills come along and we'll get you out with one of our observers who are all police trained riders. No obligations and no comebacks from the police riders who just want to improve the general skill levels, and hence safety, on the road.

Try it, you've got nothing to lose by it!

....worst that's happened in the past is a little "word of advice" has been passed to the rider, but that was for a race pipe on an RS250 Aprilia.
Not known anyone to have been booked on one of these days CK. Heard lots of unjustified rumours though, but that's all they've been, unjustified.
These days are about improving YOUR safety on the roads by helping you to advance your skills, we're not gonna do that by scaring everyone off. At most of these events riders pull into the car park, see a couple of uniforms and run! Such a waste.
If you're free then pop your head into the car park and give it a try. I'll be there first thing but will have to scoot before lunch to look after my mum for a day or so. ;)

Hope to see some of you there.

Would be good but got to put the forks back on the SPS tomorrow. Also need to see what Mr Ducati Warranty has to say about the SPS before I put too many miles on her.
Another time most definitely.
