try google earth, put in brands hatch and you can see a couple of Ducati transporters in the pits

Boogered if I can. The resolution just isn't good enough to make out anything other than coloured shapes.

funny that some of us have like minds by putting in Brands Hatch and noticing that it is WSBK event, - I noticed this a couple of weeks ago and meant to put up something here, - I think there may be a car or bike out on track somewhere.

Google earth is strange, - certain maps/pictures have landmarks missing, weird.

I have the same reolution as that.I am using Google Earth pro.Is there a difference in quality?

I'm just using the vanilla free version... Version number 3.0.0762 with a build date of Nov 17 2005 if that makes any difference?

Nah - thats wot I got - and I'v egot the hi-res pix coming through too.
I can only see a safetty car, a recovery van and 2 marshals on track though :saint:

i think it's about 2 years old, as it's got the new drive i had put in my old house 2 years ago!

It's actually amazing that google earth, altho a little scary knowing they can watch you!

I got the pro version and I can see the twix wrapper on the floor near the pits.
Can anyone else see it?

I like Google Earth, but it does seem a bit weird with it's updates. I can see my house in hi-res and I can even (just) make out some fairings that I was spraying a couple of years ago - and yet, next doors house shows no sign of the extension they had built about 5 years ago :puzzled:

Perhaps it's one of them american stealth extension's. I keep getting e-mails about them.
