Number Plate Size

For when you 'show' your bike what size plates do you guys have?

Have you gone for a squareish one or a 'all on one line' one? Also have you used the standard bracket/hanger or gone for a couple of home made ones?

7"x5" but only 5"x5" shows the number, the rest is a ducati logo!

7x6 and 8x6 here. Never had any bother with Plod. I think they are mor elikely to get uptight about small lettering, fancy lettering or big logos. It's still possible to have a small-ish plate with very clear & legible lettering.
