Is it the picture or it looks pretty trashed? I would be interested in one but would need to be very clean and cheaper.

Must be the picture as I wouldn't be offering otherwise. It is "used" but all finning is fine and the core is sound. It will function as it did when out of the box.

Any used radiator will look used unless renovated and repainted to improve the cosmetic appearance.
