Is there an easy way of getting them off? Can they be changed? I've just got one set of forks back from the suspension people. I sent two sets off. Unfortunately two left forks were sent back so, I am right royally fugged at the moment. :(

Yes you can. Allen bolt underneath and then gently heat the shoe, It will come off just takes a little persuasion:o

I've bottled it Glyn. I don't want to run the risk of knacking an expensive set of Showas. I'll put in some old unadajustable forks for the time being - at least I can get out with them on.

Thats not a very good advert is it !
Sounds like you need a nice polite phone call asking if they could think of any situation where having two left legs could be of any use :D
When they say no - you can ask why they sent you 2 left legs then :P
I think a gentle **** take will be better than shouting at them anyway
I cant believe how useless some experts are these days.

Not a good ad though as you say altho' to be fair Phil they said they were unlikely to get them to me in time but, I put them under a lot of pressure. The guy I used does have a very good rep' and has done me proud in the past - we all make mistakes so, I'm inclined to think this was just one of those mistakes. Nearly ruined my weekend though until I dug some old 750ssie forks out of the loft.
