also you may want to know why i want a Ducati at my age ?
well i think its special, i done some SERIOUS blagging down at the dealership, and they lent me a 749S for a while.
the way it makes you feel when riding, the way everyone looks at you the sound, sure it sucks in traffic and the seat is as comfortable as a jagged rock.
but it dosent bother me, as soon as i got the the twisty part the bike came alive, the handling is awsome the brakes are awsome

Guess someone has to. They lent you the fast colour then, probably to maximise the effect. Don't listen to them on here, they think Ducati invented red!
Welcome, to a better world. ;)
14 I would of said younger myself. :D
any way welcome to the site. and I hope all goes well with the new bike.
enjoy the summer

I can't believe you lot are heckling the poor guy with the colour debate....
HE CHOSE A 749.....Not a 748/9** for goodness sake!
Surely we are looking at the superiority of the engine chosen to ride!
Is that not making a statement to you?
(Phew I made the right choice and am down with the kids!!!!!!:p )
Welcome Wave...ignore this lot, all the gear and no idea, the lot of them!
